Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Shreveport Delineated Area: North: North Hearne Ave /Jack Wells Blvd between route 3094 and Clyde Flant Pkwy East: Clyde Flant Pkwy between Jack Wells Blvd and Route 511 and 70th Street. South: Route 511/70th Street between Clyde Flant Pkwy and State Route 171 West: State Route 171/Route 3094 between 511/70th Street and North Hearne Ave/ Jack Wells Blvd Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,630 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,630 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 18 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 18 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 18 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: TBD Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Shreveport, Louisiana, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
