Description
Water Quality Monitoring This is a sources sought notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs Central California Health Care System is conducting market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified vendors to issue a set aside. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, we are seeking vendors in the following order of priority: 1. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business 2. Veteran Owned Small Business 3. Hubzone or 8(a) 4. All other Small Business categories The responses from this notice will be used to make the appropriate set aside determination. The proposed solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation. The contractor shall install and maintain two (2) water quality analyzers that provide continuous water monitoring. A draft statement of work is attached to this notice. The period of performance for this contract will be one base year plus four option years. All interested contractors must respond by email to Michael.hodahkwen@va.gov by 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time on May 20, 2015. Solicitation number VA261-15-Q-0538 has been assigned and should be referenced on all correspondence regarding this announcement. This sources sought is solely for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government.
