- Attachment J4 - Submittal register Attachment J3 - Security Forces Appendix Attachment J2 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment J1 - Wage Determination Solicitation #FA4484-15-R-0020 for Building 551 Install Doors and Card Reader Requirement Provide and install 1 Precision 2103 panic device and 1 BEST EXG7EV15 card reader on front door and 1 panic device, 1 double door set, and door closers on back doors of Building 551 at Lakehurst area of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ in strict accordance with attached statement of work (SOW) and approved material submttals. A site visit is scheduled for 14 May 15 at 1330. All interested parties will meet at the Lakehurst Welcome Center, Route 547, Building 620, Lakehurst, NJ 08733. All prospective offerors are highly encourgaged to attend the site visit. Full Solicitation is attached.
