Description
AMS RESULTS & HITTSS SOLICITATION SCHEDULE The purpose of this notice is to issue the results of the HITTSS-II Advisory Multi-Step (AMS) process and to provide information concerning the release of the HITTSS-II solicitation. AMS RESULTS: The AMS was conducted as a presolicitation activity IAW FAR 15.202 in which all responding parties must successfully meet mandatory qualifications in order to be considered "viable" for further consideration and participation in the solicitation phase. LIST OF VIABLE RESPONDENTS: • Akira Technologies, Inc. • Business Integra, Inc. • Halfaker and Associates, LLC • TISTA Science and Technology Corporation • VSolvit, LLC • Woodbury Technologies MOST FREQUENT REASONS FOR NOT MEETING AMS QUALIFICATIONS: • Respondents did not respond to all 3 acquisition tracks. • Respondents failed to provide proof of certification of (at a minimum) an interim SECRET facility clearance. • Respondents failed to provide proof of their organization's ISO 9001:2008 and/or CMMI certifications. RELEASE OF SOLICITATION: The solicitation is expected to be released on June 8 via FBO. Proposals will be due July 10. The proposal content will be as follows: Volume I: AMS Qualifications Volume 2: Price Volume 3: Technical Proposal Volume 4: Past Performance. Potential offerors are advised to adhere strictly to the instructions in the solicitation when it is released. An initial review of proposals will be conducted and those with missing required content will be removed from further consideration for award. Any entities regardless of their AMS viability status may respond to the HITTSS-II solicitation. Any firm that participated in the AMS desiring a debriefing on the subject may submit an emailed request no later than 10 days of the posting of this Notice. The Government will provide a written debriefing prior to release of the solicitation. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE FORTHCOMING SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. A PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED ON FBO.
