Description

Construct New Latrine/Shower and Laundry Facility at Adazi Military Base, Latvia as part of a future Life Support Area (LSA). The facility will support at least 500 military personnel, and includes men's and women's showers, water closets, urinals, lavatories, and laundry washing and drying facilities that are constructed to local standards and finishes. The preliminary design will be done by military. Final design by local Latvian design contractor. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. Magnitude of Work: $250,000 and $500,000. Time for completion is 365 days whereby a commencement time of 120 days is included. Work is to be performed in Latvia and the contractor must comply with Latvian Construction Codes and Regulations (e.g. authorization to do business in Latvia). All responsible sources may submit an offer to the request for proposal (RFP) which will be considered by the Regional Contracting Office.
