Attachment - Freefall Consumable Direct Replacement Parts This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command Contracting Office, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek/Ft Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Airborne Systems North America of NJ, Inc. for multiple replacement parts per Attachment 1. CLIN 0001: Per attachment 1 CLIN 1001: (Option) Per attachment 1 This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support this requirement by 21 May 2015, 9:00 am Eastern time by email to trisha.cresswell@nsweast.socom.mil. Any such responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes are due by 21 May 2015, 9:00am Eastern Time.
