- The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for a 100% small business set aside sole source purchase of non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. Basis for award- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 15.002(a). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
