Brand Name Justification The IRS, Office of Information Technology Acquisition, Tier 2/3 Support Branch, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the furnishing of the renewal of annual SW maintenance for Blaze Advisor Development -10 pack Part # 280-OOMN-08-DVL10 for the IRS, Large Business and International (LB&I), Business Systems Planning, 1111 Constitution Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20224 Special Projects and Support to Technology Blue, Inc. 220 Cashmere Court, Cranberry Township, PA 16066. Market research conducted by acquisition personnel determined that numerous vendors could provide Blaze Advisor software. The license is necessary to maintain the functionality of existing software which is imperative to LB&I's mission. (CLIN) 0001 Part # Fair Isaac.280 Isaac.280-OOMN-08 DVL 10 FY15 Blaze Advisor Development - 10 pack maintenance renewal standard Annual per Develop LMSB. POP 05-02-2015 - 05-01-2016 The NAICS code is 541511 and the size standard is $27.5M. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
