- This constitutes as Amendment 0002 under Notice of Intent P15PS01066 posted on April 23, 2015, to incorporate the following language: A. The current campus style system is integrated into one platform which incorporates multiple off-site technologies, hardware and software into one master command center at Ellis Island. The current system, in its entirety, is under extended warranty until 2023. If a new hardware or software installation, integration, programming error, or software conflict causes the existing system to fail or malfunction, the contractor will be responsible to repair and/or replace any system components, both hardware and software, which are determined to be damaged by the contractor's actions. This is inclusive of all components and features of the existing system. B. To provide capability statements for the sole source requirement as follows: 1. The contractor must have a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Radio Station Authorization (license) to operate a carrier class microwave data link between the following geographic locations: Battery Park, NY and Ellis Island, NJ Liberty Island, NY and Ellis Island NJ If the FCC licenses are not currently held, the contractor must have the ability to successfully obtain such licensing by July 1, 2015 - or the contract award date, whichever occurs first. 2. All contractor and/or subcontractor employees directly involved with the installation and integration of this system must possess factory certifications indicating the technician has undergone product specific training on installation and technical service from the following companies: Milestone VMS Axis Communications BriefCam Dragon Wave Pivot 3 Proxim Wireless RGB Spectrum Scallop Imaging Jemez Technology/Eagle i Proof of such certification shall be provided on the equipment manufacturer's letterhead specifically stating that the contractor is "factory certified" to conduct installations and repairs. The certification must be in writing and list the names of authorized technicians; the number of training hours each received; the date the certification began, and the date the certification expires. 3. The contractor will provide written documentation outlining examples of similar work which the contractor has successfully completed within the last (5) years for review. Please provide at least one example from each of the following categories: a) a perimeter intrusion system using thermal imaging cameras and automated video analytic software. b) a project which has been completed at a complex enterprise level system which has been completed at a high profile, secure commercial or government facility with the intention of protecting critical infrastructure. c) a project where your company successfully integrated 3 or more locations into a single command center using wireless technology. d) an example in which your company successfully integrated additional hardware and software into an existing larger system consisting of 150 cameras or more.
