- Subject: Project ES 00146-4 quote mark Replace transformer in substation Building 5648, Supply & Maintenance Area quote mark Solicitation Number: W912PF-15-T-0080 Set Aside Code: N/A Response date: 15 June 2015, 05:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Rome) (Due-in date for the submittal of offer) Issuance date of the solicitation: 21 May 2015 NOTE TO OFFERORS: DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: Work included in this project will consist of the following phases: -Removal of the existing resin 500kVA transformer; -Installation of a new resin 800kVA; -Connection of the existing alarm and voltage release cables to the new temperature control station; -Connection of the star center of the transformer to the existing grounding bar in the substation; -Connection of the transformer chassis to the existing grounding bar in the substation; -Replacement of the existing medium voltage fuses; -Connection of the existing low voltage cable from the new transformer to the existing low voltage panel 230V; -Connection of the existing low voltage cables from the new transformer to the existing low voltage 400V panel and installation of new cables from the transformer to the main circuit breaker of the low voltage 400V panel; -Replacement of the CTs; -Transportation of the 500kVA resin transformer, removed from the Depot Area where indicated by the COR; -Removal and disposal of the existing oil-cooled transformer currently stored inside station 5648; -frequency converter and of the associated feeding circuit of the existing electrical panel; -Replacement of the cabin exhaust fan with a new propeller exhaust fan. METHOD OF CONTRACTING: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The project shall be completed as follows: Preparation of Passes and Material and Permits Submittals to include Government Turnaround/review time: 40 calendar days Construction (including final inspection): 50 calendar days WORK CATEGORY: Offeror is not required to be SOA qualified. WORK MAGNITUDE: Below $25,000 (Euro 23,655.00) FUNDING: The project is funded. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 28 May 2015, 09:00 hrs - Gate #27 - Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa).
