- Sole Source Intent. The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract with Cibola Information Systems, Inc. 4677 E. Purple Mountain Street Yuma, AZ, 85365-7583 for providing global positioning system integration and advanced navigation systems support for test programs conducted at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ. The period of performance will be for one base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services (Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons) with a size standard of $15M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
