- This pre-solicitation notice supports the mission of the 100TH Division 80TH Training Commander for Total Army Training Center, Fort Knox, KY. The potential offerors shall provide lodging for students, guest instructors and guest drivers in attendance for training. The hotel facility shall support at least 16 double rooms and 20 single rooms at one time period for approximately 30 students, 14 nights per month in the same facility. Lodging is to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This requirement will be competed as a single award Firm Fixed Priced contract. The contract Period of Performance is one 12-month base year and two 12-month option years. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 7 May 2015 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. Awardees must be registered as a small business in the System for Award Management internet website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
