- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 637 rentable square feet of space yeilding 637 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 adjacent parking spaces using full and open competition for a new lease for the JD FED Prision commencing on December 1, 2015 through November 30, 2020 (5 Year / 3 Year FIRM). The US Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent in the amount of $15,606.00 for a fully serviced lease aat the rate of $1,300.50 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rent in the amount of $13,447.25 annually and an operating rent in the amount of $2,158.75. GSA may terminate this lease after December 1, 2018.
