This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. F1C0RH5072A001/2 for welding and metalworking equipment is hereby issued as a request for quotes. 3. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. 4. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the 333999 NAICS Code, with a small business size standard of 500 EMP. 5.
