- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide Facilities, Meals and Audio/Visual Equipment to support the 129th Rescue Wing's Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Event on June 26, 2015 and June 27, 2015. This procurement is subject to the availability of funds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531120, Meeting Hall and Room Rental or Leasing with a corresponding small business size standard not to exceed $27,500,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) intends to provide Facilities, Meals and Audio/Visual Equipment to support the 12th Rescue Wing's YRRP Event on June 26, 2015 and June 27, 2015, subject to the availability of funds. These items listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) are those items anticipated for this event. The facility must be within thirty (30) miles of Moffett Federal Airfield, California. The attached document indicates the items required and the anticipated/preferred contract line item number (CLIN) structure. Each CLIN should be priced independently and on a net basis (i.e., the sum of all items indicated for that CLIN). All proposals will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will be June 26, 2015 and June 27, 2015. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this FBO site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. Offeror representations and certifications provided through the System for Award Management (SAM) are required and shall be verified prior to award. As a result, an otherwise eligible offeror who does not have a recently-updated representations and certifications page may be deemed ineligible for award. All offers must be submitted no later than 2:00pm Pacific Time, Friday, 8 May 2015.
