The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements quote mark, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase order to MILTOPE CORPORATION. This procurement is for the purchase of Miltope TSC V3-GM45 ACUs for PD Aviation Networks and Mission Planning. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in it offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. Delivery is FOB Destination, 30 days after the date of contract award. Delivery Address: Software Engineering Directorate AMPS Product Support Facility ATTN: Kelly Strange (256-876-3044) Lab 1124, Building 6263 Hackberry Rd Redstone Arsenal AL 35898 Proposals must be submitted to Hunter Hall via email at john.h.hall178.civ@mail.mil no later than Tuesday 12 May 2015 1500 CST. Questions must be submitted to Hunter Hall no later than Monday 11 May 2015 1700 CST. All questions will be answered in an amendment to this solicitation and distributed to all interested vendors.
