- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This reference number for this effort is W912ES-15-T-0090 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81, effective 10 April 2015. (iv)This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. (v) Contract Line Items: See Request for Quotation, SF 1449 as posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov). (vi) Description of requirements for items to be acquired. Maintenance (janitorial) services for the Baldhill Dam Project located near Valley City, ND. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price contract. Work will include but is not limited to the following: garbage collection, cleaning privies, visitor center, comfort station, fish cleaning stations, playground pads/volleyball courts/swim beaches, fireplaces/grills, picnic tables/picnic, and shelters/park benches. See the Request for Quotation, SF 1449, as posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fbo.gov).
