- Description
- ACCESS, PARTICIPATION, ELIGIBILITY AND CERTIFICATION (APEC) STUDY - III The study will update information obtained in the Access, Participation, Eligibility and Certification Study-II (APEC-II). The study must replicate APEC-II and provide updated national estimates of erroneous payments in the NSLP and SBP; moreover, this study includes optional tasks for the following additional study components: 1. Accurate, State-level estimates of erroneous payments; 2. Robust, statistically reliable national estimates of the annual amount of erroneous payments in NSLP and SBP among FNS-specified sub-groups; 3. An improved, comprehensive system for producing simultaneously and on a regular basis, IPERA-compliant national and precise State-level estimates of erroneous payments in the school meals programs; 4. Qualitative data on the causes of erroneous payments.
