- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN. The major FSC of this requirement is: 1005. A Definite Quantity Contract is anticipated. Small Business Size Standard is 1000 for NAICS 332994. The Solicitation will be 100% SBSA, After Exclusion of Sources, with other than full & open competition applies. Drawings are not available. The solicitation will be available on app. 5/11/2015 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Information and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB, Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Based upon Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items in its Solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. "The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation." The 'Reverse Auctioning' Information will be noted on RFP.
