- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Government intends to establish three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Department of Defense approved charter bus, van and limo services for US Army Corp of Engineers Logistic Agency in support of the Huntsville Engineer and Support Center, located in Huntsville AL. The establishment of this BPA does not guarantee BPA calls (orders). In the event that the Government has a need for these services under this BPA, the Government shall order in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as services are required. Period of performance will be for three (5) years. NAICS code is 532120. Interested parties shall reply to Memphis District Office VIA EMAIL to Priscilla.g.sweeney@usace.army.mil. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to gain knowledge of interested, capable and qualified large and small businesses to include, 8(a), in a HUBZone, service-disabled veteran owned or women owned. Your submission relevant to the above requirement shall include the following information: 1. Cage Code and DUNS number, 2. Name of firm with address, phone, fax, e-mail address and point of contact, 3. State what type of Small Business company you are: i.e. SBA Certified 8(a) firm, Woman Owned, Hub-Zone, etc. 4. Submit proof that your company has been approved by the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO). 5. Provide licensed and insured. 6. Also provide proof by the Interstate Commerce Commission if your company is authorized to operate in all 48 states. The response date for this sources sought is May 15, 2015. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone request or written requests for the market survey will be accepted. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive a government contract.
