- This is a pre-solicitation notice to announce the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL intends to issue a solicitation to interested Small Businesses who can provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform a three year breaker test. This project requires the maintenance, inspection, testing, and/or calibration of the Electrical Power Distribution System and all of its components. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238210. This Pre-Solicitation Notice will be released on 5/7/2015 and will close on 05/12/2015@Noon EST. for questions. The work will be performed at our medical center located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL. More information will be provided in a forth coming RFQ which will be released on 05/15/2015 and posted on https://www.fbo.gov and will close on 5/22/2015@5PM EST. at which time you will submit your proposals.
