- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase of the Firefighter Equipment required must be in accordance with the attached SOW. The Contractor shall procure, and deliver firefighter equipment in support of HAP # 25860 to the Government in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Government Representative (GR). All prices and costs contained shall be stated in US. Dollars and all quotation submissions by vendors shall be provided in English. When applicable, all taxes, transportation/shipping fee and any other fees will be included on the final price.
