- Description
- The project objective is demolition of three buildings, 410, 412, and 413, which are all uninhabitable and are not suitable for storage due to the condition of the buildings. All three buildings were listed in poor condition in the 2009 Facility Condition Survey. The buildings are located on the south end of the property at the Claremore Indian Hospital, Claremore, OK. The site shall be restored as gravel parking lot area. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of demolition and complete removal of buildings 410 (800 sq. /ft.), 412 (660 sq. /ft.), and 413 (96 sq. /ft.). A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 11 A.M. ON TUESDAY MAY 12, 2015 AT THE CLAREMORE INDIAN HOSPITAL. Please refer to Paragraph 6 of the RFQ (attached to this Notice for download - see panel to the right) for more details.
