- Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, California has a requirement for the rental of 3 each superstackers plus 4 option years. Delivery to begin approximately 30 days after award, on or around 1 August 2015. This procurement is not set-a-side for small business concern. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 532412. The related small business doallar amount is $32,500,000.00. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 & 13.5, Full & Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is May 11,2015. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be emailed or faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Lissa Kaarbo and posted in the Q & A section of ASFI 7 days prior to the closing of this solicitation.
