- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army has a requirement for propane and a variety of lubricants to be purchased and delivered for the following Army installations in Alaska: Seward, Fort Richardson, Fort Wainwright, Black Rapids, Fort Greely and Valdez. This requirement will be awarded as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to multiple vendors. Offerors may propose on all locations and partial locations as well as on both propane and lubricants or just one of those types of products. The BPA will be awarded by 1 June 2015. Successful bidder must be able to provide service starting 1 June 2015.
