- Wage Determination Carbaryl Spraying Vicinity Map Calculation for Application Experience Questionaire Combined Synopsis It is the purpose of this contract to secure services for spraying Carbaryl insecticide on up to 2700 designated Lodge Pole (LP), and some White Bark Pine (WBP) trees in designated administrative and one plantation site on the Lewis & Clark National Forest, to provide protection from mountain pine beetle. Exact quantity of trees to be sprayed will be determined and marked prior to the Post Award Conference and will be within the ranges specified. Species and diameter class tallies will be provided prior to start of work. Long distance travel is required between some spray items. Refer to maps to estimate distances. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform all work required, including the appropriate mix of Carbaryl insecticide.
