- Clauses Statement of Work The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a requirement for the purchase of services related to improvement, discovery, and design of surveys and survey methods. The purpose of this requirement is to collect and deliver non-aggregate data from the contractor's recruited, proprietary, and nationally-representative panel on a variety of demographic, social, and health-related topics. To meet these requirements, the government may make an award to multiple vendors based on recruited sample sourcing from digit-dial sampling or address-based sampling. Please see the attached documents for the statement of work and applicable clauses for the requirement. All work under this contract shall be performed within the United States and the District of Columbia, and shall be performed at the contractor's facilities. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
