- THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2015 FUNDS. The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command has new requirements for Child Day Care Services for two Yellow Ribbon events in the Philadelphia/King of Prussia PA areas. The award will be a fixed price contract with a periods of performance from 12 - 14 May 2015 and 10 - 12 July 2015. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, services and materials as noted in the solicitation. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 624410 and a size standard of $7 Million. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must: a)be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate NAICS, and b)have a license to operate in the state where the event is taking place or the vendor's home state. BASIS OF AWARD The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from the formal solicitation. Award may be made to one contractor for both events. Award shall be made to that responsive, responsible offeror(s), and will be based on lowest price meeting technical specification. Quotes must include prices for each item listed in order that quotes may be properly evaluated. Failure to do so shall be cause for the offeror to be considered non-responsive. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. The anticipated award date for this action is 8 June 2015. NOTES: A point of contact (POC) will be given for any necessary correspondence at issuance of a formal solicitation. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Web site located at https://acquisition.army.mil and https://www.fbo.gov. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Release of an official solicitation is anticipated to occur shortly following this post. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor www.fbo.gov/ or https://acquisition.army.mil/ for the release of the solicitation. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ in order to transact business with the Government and this shall be completed by the time of award. The solicitation's incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect utilizing Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-70. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Place of Performance will be at or near Philadelphia and King of Prussia on 12-14 June and 10-12 July 2015. All responses to this pre-solicitation notice shall be in writing; NO TELEPHONE INQUIRES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
