- NAVAIR intends to go sole source to Parker Aerospace for the Fluid Handling Tool, P/N 10058571, NSN 6665-01-613-6039 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. As the sole source designer, developer, and manufacturer of the Fluid Handling Tool, only Parker Aerospace has the technical data required to manufacture it. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, to make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned herein.
