- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting for quotes for the purchase and delivery of 20,000 gallons #2 off-road diesel fuel to be delivered in 1000 to 4000 gallon increments to the Crane Barge Hauser and the Crane Barge Leonard at various locations along the Mississippi River between Trempealeau WI and Minneapolis MN between 5/18/15 and 7/31/15. The solicitation number W912ES-15-T-0093 is issued as a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13 The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns and the size standard is 1500 employees. The associated NAICS code is 324110. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at www.sam.gov prior to contract award. The registration is free. A determination by the government to not award based on the responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the government. Email responses are the preferred method.
