- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) office of NAS Defense Programs (NDP) is soliciting quotes for the removal of radar towers at the Pico del Este radar site in El Yunque National Forest in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Site visits must be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Dominic Lackey at dominic.lackey@faa.gov. Contractors may attend one of two site visit. The first site visit is scheduled for April 29, 2015 at 10:00 AM EST. Potential offerors must contact the CO no later than April 28, 2015 at 3 PM EST to make arrangements to visit the site. The second site visit is scheduled for May 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM, EST, potential offerors must contact the CO no later than May 11, 2015 at 3:00 PM, EST to make arrangements to visit the site.
