- Solicitation AG-84N8-S-15-0035 Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/offerors are being requested and a written solicitation has been attached. The USDA Forest Service /Utah Acquisition Support Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is soliciting quotes/offerors for the following requirement: Leadership/mentoring training at the Weber Job Corps Center in Ogden, Utah. The Synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, and 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, and DUNS Number. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. An award will be made from this solicitation as soon as the evaluation of offers has been completed which will occur shortly after the closing date of the solicitation. In order to be considered for any award, it is required that contractors be Registered, Active and Valid in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time that award will be made. It is recommended that if you are a contractor that will be responding to this solicitation and not currently registered, active and valid in the SAM database, that you immediately begin the process. Contractors must also be registered in the SAM database under the NAIC's code that this solicitation is issued under. Reference FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management. The Schedule of Items and Specifications can be found in the attached solicitation document. This solicitation has been set aside for small business. Acceptable methods for quote submittal include: Quotes may be mailed, hand delivered, faxed or emailed to the following location. All quotes must be received by May 18, 2015 1:00 p.m. local time (Mountain Time) to be considered eligible for evaluation.
