- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to perform work listed below at J. Edward Roush Lake located in Huntington, Indiana. The Contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Contractor is responsible for having underground utilities located in coordination with 811. The Contractor is required to attend a pre-work meeting prior to work beginning. Work shall be completed 30 days of award.
