- FERC Solicitation FERC-15-Q-0020 which identifies the specifics of the requirement for MIKEFLOOD 6 Seats Software Licenses. Brand Name Justification for MIKEFLOOD. FERC is seeking vendors to submit bids for renewal effort for the MIKEFLOOD 6 Seat Software Licenses that links one and two dimensional modeling for flood applications.
