Description

This is notice that Naval Special Warfare Command Contracting Office, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek/Ft Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Indoor Skydiving of Virginia, LLC, Virginia Beach, Va 23451 for Vertical Wind Tunnel Training. 0001 Vertical Wind Tunnel Training - 1 LO POP: To commence 15 May 2015 This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to support this requirement no later than 09:00 AM EST, 12 May 2015 by email to debora.roseboro@navsoc.socom.mil. All responses must be in writing and include technical and pricing information. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
