- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition provides for a basic contract effort inclusive of a base period of 11 months with a 1 month phase-in and a one-year option period (the last month will be for phase-out). In addition, FAR Clause 52.217-8 will be included in the solicitation and price evaluation will include the extension pricing. The solicitation package will include a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). Site Visit. The Government will hold a site visit, 8 May 2015 at 2:00PM EST located at Building 3400, 1401 B. Avenue FT Lee, VA 23801. All interested firms may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per firm. Please submit, via e-mail, the names of attendees to the KO, Patsy L. Simmons, at patsy.l.simmons.civ@mail.mil at least 2 business days before the site visit. There will be a Pre-Proposal Conference held at the conclusion of the site visit. Technical questions shall be submitted in writing as specified above. Nothing that is said during the site visit will change the solicitation unless formally issued via an Amendment to the Solicitation.
