- This posting constitutes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to acquire Canadian Flight Information Publications (FLIPs) to NAV Canada Corporation in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 225.870-1(c)(3) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). The required publications are only available from one Canadian firm. The estimated award amount is $114,491.58. The statutory authority for the sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 13.1. The applicable NAICS code is 511120 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or solicitation of offers. There is no solicitation available.
