Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Space Type: Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved Surface): 14 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently maintains office and related space in the U.S. Custom House federal building for the Department of Homeland Security in New Orleans, LA. Therefore, the General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for 14 secured parking spaces for the U.S. Custom House located at 423 Canal St. Offered parking spaces must meet Government’s security requirements per the terms of the Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning this project with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the General Services Administration’s Contracting Officer or their designee. Expressions of interest must include name, address, and telephone number of the individual to be contacted, and evidence of authority to represent the owner. Also include the following: · Physical address and location of the available secured parking spaces · The expected rental rate per Secured Parking Space, fully serviced; and · Date of space availability · Building ownership information; and · List of services provided to the secured parking area The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
