- Requirements (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, SB1341-15-RQ-0413 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81. (iv) This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS Code: 332311 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. (v) This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the following commercial item(s): CLIN 0001: Fabric Wrapped Acoustical Panels in accordance with the attached requirements document. Shipping included. Unit of Issue: EA Quantity: 84 CLIN 0002: Fabric Wrapped J-Molding in accordance with the attached requirements document. Shipping included. Unit of Issue: EA Quantity: 16 (vi) Description of Requirements: See attached document titled: Requirements (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, does apply to this acquisition. (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (x) The offeror must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) which is the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. Reps and certs must be uploaded to the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. (xi) FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
