- Price Sheet - HP Quality Center Enterprise Site Concurrent Lic Section 508 Clauses and IPP instructions FAR Commercial Clauses The United States Department of Agriculture, National Information Technology Center (NITC), plans to award on a limited sources basis to ORASI SOFTWARE, Inc. 114 Townpark Drive, Suite 400, Kennesaw, GA. the annual maintenance and technical support of a suite of HP products. The annual maintenance is required for the renewal of: HP Quality Center Enterprise Site Concurrent User Licences, Software Support and Updates for USDA NRCS located in Fort Collins, Colordo. HP Quality Center Enterprise Site Concurrent User License Part # T6480AAE, five (5) EA. HP Quality Center Enterprise Site Concurrent User Orasi 9 to 5 Support and Maintenance Part # T6480AAE RSW, five (5) EA. HP Software Support/Software Updates Part # HA106AC, HA158AC, & HA156AC, one (1) EA HP Quality Center Enterprise Site Concurrent License Renewal Part # T6480AAE, seven (7) EA. HP Required Return to Support (RTS) Part # UH592AC, one ( 1) EA HP 15% RTS Penalty Fee 1 EA, and Orasi 1 year support Part # UH186AC one (1) Year. The software products are supported exclusively by HP for support and maintenance. All respondents are required confirm that they are an HP Authorized Reseller as part of their quotation. All interested and potential firms must be registered in SAM.GOV, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the www.sam.gov website to register and update information. Interested parties are to submit their quote via FEDBIZOPPS website. Please submit your quote to Jennifer.Adams@ocio.usda.gov.
