This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation, FAR 36 Construction and A-E Contracts, and other relevant regulations and agency policies and procedures. Award is contemplated in accordance with FAR 15.101-1, Tradeoff Process. The due date for proposals will be not less than 30 days after the actual proposal is published.
