- Description
- The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson AFB, CO, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract EZENIA! Incorporated (CAGE 1G6R2) in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government's requirement is for license renewals for the InfoWorkSpace Server Kit and InfoWorkSpace Executive User License software suites. InfoWorkSpace is manufactured and distributed by EZENIA! THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency if received before 10:00 AM MST, 11 May 2015. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
