- Final amended version of Mission Support Contract. This amendment is issued to provide a revised version of Sol. 2015-N-16924 for the following purposes: 1) Page 2, Option Task 7, add Spanish language as the type of interview to be used for proposal purposes; 2) the Section B Line Items have been renumbered correctly and revised for clarity purposes; 3) Section G7, revised to show biweekly payments because of SB set aside; 4) and Page 78, 2nd paragraph chnaged reference from Section C. to L.8. See revised attachment. This a a pre-solicitation notice of the government's intent to issue a total small business set-aside solicitation. A solicitation will follow this notice within 15 days. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Procurement and Grants Office (PGO) and the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) located in Hyatsville, Maryland have a requirement for services to continue to support and assist the CDC/NCHS/Office of Research and Methodology (ORM)/Research Data Center (RDC) and Questionnnaire Design Research Laboratory (QDRL) in performing their mission through the development, management, operation and support of systems and methods as well as providing domain experienced administrative, cognitive, and other analytical project services as requried to conduct analysis and report findings of pre-fielded survey question projects and estricted data sets.
