- SF25 A, Payment Bond SF25, Performance Bond SF24, Bid Bond GSA 527 Contractor Cost Worsheet Solicitation GS05P15SID0020, Interior Foliage, Multiple Locations, Chicago, Illinois. The General Services Administration (GSA), Great Lakes Region, Acquisition Management Division (AMD) is issuing this solicitation for the Interior Foliage Rental and Related Services at Multiple Locations (6) in Chicago, Illinois. The following buildings are as follows: Location 1 John C. Kluczynski Federal Building 230 S. Dearborn Street Chicago, IL 60604 Location 2 U. S. Post Office Loop Station 211 S. Clark Street Chicago, IL 60604 Location 3 Everett M. Dirksen Courthouse 219 S. Dearborn Street Chicago, IL 60604 Location 4 11 West Quincy Federal Building 11 West Quincy Court Chicago, IL 60604 Location 5 Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building 77 W. Jackson Chicago, IL 60604 Location 6 Federal Building 536 S. Clark Street Chicago, IL 60605 This contract shall be for an initial period of one year with the Government’s unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods for one year each. The scope of the work consists of, but is not strictly limited to the following: Provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide Interior Plant Rentals and Related Services at six locations in the downtown Chicago Federal Buildings. The procurement is a competitive small business set-aside. Funds are currently available. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NACIS) 561730 with a size standard of $7.5 million. This procurement will be synopsized through FedBizOpps to promote competition. The solicitation will be available on or about May 6, 2015. A pre-proposal site visit will be scheduled within two weeks of the issuance of the solicitation. The entire scope of work, inclusive of drawings, will be available through Federal Business Opportunities. Interested parties are responsible for printing the Solicitation and all related documents The solicitation listed above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as FedBizOpps (FBO). FedBizOpps is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. In order to obtain information from FedBizOpps, you will first be required t register with. You may access FedBizOpps via the following URL, www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be active in SAM, www.sam.gov, to be considered for award. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation.
