- The Seattle District, US Army Corps of Engineers, requires routine clamshell dredging and placement activities associated with maintenance of the Snohomish River Federal navigation channel and lower settling basin. Disposal of all dredge material shall be in the Port Gardiner PSDDA disposal site. The estimated cost range for this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued as 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $27.5 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $27.5 million.
