- The above referenced soilicitation was synopsized to FBO on April 23, 2015, with proposal due date of May 1, 2015. A site visit was held on April 28, 2015 for all interested parties to attend. Only one contractor submitted a quote for this requirement. The Independent Government Estimate was $24,772.00. The sole bidder, Yancey Roofing and Waterproofing, quoted the job at $48,700.00. As the quoted amount is double the original IGE, the price has been determined to be unreasonable, as it does not provide the best value to the government. As a result, this requirement will be re-solicited under JFK15RFQ0032.
