- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to ScriptPro for a Base plus two years in the amount of $79,798.68 to purchase the monthly maintenance and PM services on the ScriptPro SP200/CCC Medicine Dispensing System located at Weed Army Community Hospital, Ft. Irwin, CA. ScriptPro has priority rights to perform maintenance on the ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing System and SP Central Workflow System. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Ms. Amparo Sierra at amparo.p.sierra.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
