- Correction: This action originally publicized in the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) dated April 23, 2015, is amended to add: The IFB, excluding the drawings, will be available through NECO and FBO websites, https://neco.navy.mil and https://www.fbo.gov, respectively. The IFB, including the drawings, can be accessed at the following direct link https://www.fbo.gov/fedteds/TDPN6247815B1501 after the IFB is issued. Printed copies of the RFP will not be issued. Contractors must register at the FBO website https://www.fbo.gov to obtain access to the project. Registration instructions can be found on the FBO website. Once registered in FBO, the contractor must request explicit access to the project. An email will be forwarded once the contracting office has approved or declined the request. Approved contractors may view and/or download the project. Amendments will normally be posted to the NECO and FBO website. Amendments, excluding drawings will be posted on NECO and FBO websites. If the amendment contains drawings, the drawings can be accessed at the following direct link https://www.fbo.gov/fedteds/TDPN6247815B1501. It is highly recommended that firms register on the FBO website as this will be the only plan holders list available. It is the offerors responsibility to check the websites periodically for any amendments to the solicitation. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
