- This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract, and is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract is for the Firstie Software: CD Media MS Office Pro Plus 2013 and MS Windows & Pro under Microsoft Campus License Agreement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), pursuant to the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Mission Installation Contracting Command - West Point on behalf of the United States Military Academy (USMA) West Point Information & Educational Technology Division (IETD) intends to award sole source, firm fixed price contract to EN POINTE GOV INC, INC. 18701 S FIGUEROA STREET GARDENA CA 90248-4506, for Firstie Software CD Media. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334614 Software and Other Prerecorded Compact Disc, Tape, and Record Reproducing with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet all aspects of the requirement.
