- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement for a powerful and flexible commercial-off-the-shelf Integrated Library System (ILS) services. It is anticipated that the resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order, and will be unrestricted/open to all business sizes and business types. The original solicitation, which expired on April 23, 2015, for this procurment request was set aside for small businesses pursuant to FAR Part 13. However, no small businesses, certified under NAICS Code 519120, provided a technically acceptable quotation. As indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ), your firm's quotation must be received by email to Kevin.Hardy@dot.gov no later than 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on Tuesday, May 7, 2015 or sooner. The solicitation, all related documents and amendments, if any, will be released and available electronically only through the Federal Business Opportunities Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. No written, telephonic, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will be honored. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the aforementioned site to receive procurement announcements by email. Since the solicitation will only be available electronically, it is solely the responsibility of interested parties to monitor the listed website for the solicitation and all related documents and amendments, if any. All responsible business types and sizes are encouraged to submit an offer.
